Refund and Returns Policy

At The Gift Club, we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not fully satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and packaging.

For fragile or paper-based items, please report any issues within 12 hours of receiving your order. After this time, the customer will be responsible for any damage.

Orders from outside Cairo, seasonal items, and orders over 1000 EGP require prepayment and are non-refundable. Custom and final sale items are non-refundable. To process a return, contact us at [email/contact info].
