Online Orders Policy

At The Gift Club, we are committed to providing the best shopping experience. Please review our online order policy below:

All online orders require full payment in advance, regardless of the order value.
Shipping fees are paid upon delivery, unless otherwise stated.
All orders are carefully inspected and securely packed before shipment to ensure they reach you in excellent condition.
For glass, fragile, or breakable items, any damage, defect, or issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order. Unfortunately, reports submitted after this period cannot be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an incorrect item or a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue promptly.

We want you to shop with confidence.

Customers may return or exchange eligible products within 14 days from the date of purchase or delivery, provided that:

The item is unused.
The item is in its original condition.
The item is returned with its original packaging and all included accessories (if applicable).
Proof of purchase is provided.

This policy applies to both online and in-store purchases.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

In case of a return for reasons other than a manufacturing defect or an error from The Gift Club, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If a product has a manufacturing defect or if you receive the wrong item, The Gift Club will cover the return or replacement shipping costs.
The Gift Club reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange request that does not comply with the above conditions.
